UNJURY Protein Pumpkin Pudding
Ingredients:
1 Package (1.4 oz) Sugar-free Vanilla Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix
3/4 cup water
2 scoops Vanilla UNJURY
2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
1/4- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Measure 3/4 cup cold water. Add 2 scoops Vanilla UNJURY to the water. Mix thoroughly by shaking or stirring.
Empty the pudding mix into a bowl. Add pumpkin spice to the dry pudding mix. Blend together.
Pour in the UNJURY-water mixture. Add 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin. Stir until mixed thoroughly. Place in a small container and chill in the fridge. Makes approximately 3 servings.
